Why would you want to travel all the way to Cedar Lake (other than for our wedding)? While Northwest Indiana may not draw the typical holidaymaker, the area does offer a number of different attractions!

Cedar Lake is approximately 40 miles from downtown Chicago. For anybody attending the wedding from outside the local area, it is well worth a visit to the 'Windy City' for either a day trip, or if time affords, stay a couple of days to really appreciate all that Chicago has to offer.

Chicago is the home of a number of American legends: Al Capone, Route 66, ER and the Blues Brothers. Frank Sinatra sang about Chicago and it gave it's name to a musical. With so much going on it must be more than a midwestern city on a really big lake.
